Refund & Free Replacement Policy

1) Return & Replacement Window

  • You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • Video proof is compulsory for all return and replacement requests.


2) Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund / Replacement

Returns, refunds, or free replacements are accepted in the following cases:

βœ” Not happy with the product (unused condition only)
βœ” Damaged product received
βœ” Wrong product delivered
βœ” Defective product received

3) Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for return or replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With original tags attached

  • Not damaged after delivery

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video proof required


4) Free Replacement Policy

We provide FREE replacement in all eligible cases:

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

5) Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, the refund will be approved.

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.


6) Important Notes

  • Product must be returned in proper condition for approval.

  • If the returned product fails inspection, refund or replacement may be declined.

  • Slight color variation due to screen settings is not considered a defect.

  • Video proof is mandatory for damaged, wrong, or defective product claims.
