1) Product Information

2) Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when:

  • Payment is successful (Prepaid), or

  • COD order is successfully placed

3) COD Policy

  • COD is available

  • No extra COD charges

4) Replacement Policy

All replacement requests will be handled according to our Return & Replacement Policy.

5) Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Before dispatch, cancellation may be considered case-by-case.

6) Fraud & Misuse

Fake claims, edited videos, or incorrect proof may result in rejection of replacement requests.
